Biography

I joined the psychology department at Kingston University in 2021 and am now a senior lecturer in biological psychology. My research seeks the effects of exercise on cognition and ADHD symptoms in school-age children. Our overarching goal is to examine if we could use exercise as a complementary treatment strategy for children with ADHD.
