Biography
I am a lecturer in Special Education at the Department of Vocational Teacher Education, OsloMet, with a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Oslo. My research explores the impact of children's early literacy skills and the home literacy environment on literacy development. With a growing interest in research methodology, I focus on understanding the complex mechanisms behind literacy acquisition and the tools used to measure these processes.
I am passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and practical applications, contributing to both the theoretical development of literacy research and its implications for education and learning. Through my work, I aim to support educational practices that enhance children's learning experiences and outcomes.
