Cognitive bias

Cognitive biases in children and adolescents can affect their perception, decision-making, and emotional responses. These biases can contribute to the development and maintenance of mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. Understanding and addressing cognitive biases is an important component of cognitive-behavioural therapy and other interventions.
