Biography
Professor Minhua Eunice Ma joined University of Oxford in 2023. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost at Falmouth University. Professor Ma’s pioneering work in games technology and digital health has secured a total research funding of £12m from sources such as UKRI, EU, NHS, NESTA, UK government and charities. She has made significant contributions to the field of digital health with her research in serious games, focusing on applications of games technology, virtual and augmented reality in stroke rehabilitation, cystic fibrosis, autism, medical simulation, cultural heritage, preventing gender-based violence, and adolescent mental health.
