Biography

Prof. Plener is head of the Dept. of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Vienna General Hospital and chair of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Medical University of Vienna. He is president elect of the Austrian Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Prof. Plener´s research interest is focused on Nonsuicidal Self-Injury, suicidality and trauma.
